Of all the plants I have bought online, yours is the worst nursery. When I ordered plants for the first time, delivery took 10 days. Some plants arrived damaged; when I reported this, I was told I would get replacements with my next order. I placed a second order, but delivery again took 10 days, some plants were damaged, and the replacements never arrived. I have lodged complaints about this five or six times, yet my issue remains unresolved.
