Great variety, but ruined by terrible shipping practices: I keep ordering from this company because their plant variety is unmatched, but the shipping experience is consistently disappointing. Every single order is a struggle. The boxes arrive soggy and torn, resulting in plants that are either missing or severely damaged upon arrival. Particularly, these rain lily bulbs I purchased never grew. It is frustrating to see such great stock wasted by poor packaging. Unless they improve their logistics, it’s a gamble every time you order.
